- Out-of-Bundle Data Charges: Once you exceed your data limit, carriers automatically activate data packs at exorbitant prices. By the time you realize it, you’ve already racked up a hefty bill!
- Confusing Billing Policies: Some carriers have incredibly complex billing policies, making it nearly impossible to understand how you’re actually being charged.
After years of being tricked, I finally found a foolproof way to avoid these traps:
Regularly check your bill and deactivate all unnecessary value-added services!
At the beginning of each month, I log into my carrier’s app or website and meticulously review my bill, looking for any unusual charges. If I find any, I immediately contact customer service and request cancellation.
