Life Philosophy? Don’t Be Intimidated! A Treasure Blogger Teaches You to Get Life Wisdom in the Simplest Way!

Girls! Recently, many people have sent me private messages asking about life philosophy, and it feels like everyone is getting a headache from those profound theories! Actually, philosophy is not far from us; it’s hidden in our daily lives. Today, I’m going to use the most down-to-earth way to solve these “philosophical problems” in one go!

1. “Buddhist” is not lying flat, but a wise choice:

  • Many sisters think that “Buddhist” means lying flat and doing nothing. Actually, it’s not! True “Buddhist” is a wise choice. Don’t waste your time and energy on things that are not worth it. Learn to say no and focus on goals that truly make you happy and help you grow.
  • I used to want everything to be perfect, and as a result, nothing was done well, and the pressure was enormous! Later, I started to learn to be “Buddhist,” focusing my energy on work and hobbies, and leaving the rest to fate.
  • For example, I used to care too much about what others thought, always trying to please others. Now I focus on doing what I want and living my life to the fullest.
  • The key is that being Buddhist is not giving up but a more efficient way of life, making your life easier and freer!

2. Accepting your imperfect self is also a kind of beauty:

  • Perfectionism is a big pit! We can’t be perfect in everything. Allowing ourselves to make mistakes and allowing ourselves to have imperfections can make life easier and happier.
  • I used to pursue a perfect figure, strictly controlling my diet every day, which made me stressed and affected my health. Now I’ve learned to cherish my body; health and happiness are most important!
  • Accepting your true self allows you to love yourself better and love others better.
  • Remember to praise yourself more; confident women are the most beautiful!

3. Cherish the present moment, live in the present:

  • Don’t always think about the past, and don’t always worry about the future. Living in the present is the most important thing!
  • I used to regret some things in the past and always worry about what bad things might happen in the future. Now, looking back, those worries were unnecessary.
  • Learn to enjoy the little joys in life: the aroma of a cup of coffee, the warmth of the sun on your face, laughter with friends—these are moments of happiness!
  • Record the little joys in life; when you look back, you will have a full sense of happiness.

4. Learn to be grateful, and your happiness will explode:

  • Be grateful for the people and things around you, and you will find that life is full of love and warmth.
  • Be grateful for your parents’ upbringing, be grateful for the company of your friends, and be grateful for your own efforts.
  • Every day, I give myself some positive affirmations, such as thanking the sunny weather today and thanking the smooth completion of the work today.
  • A grateful attitude will make you more positive and optimistic and easier to feel happiness.

5. “Comparison” is the biggest enemy in life:

  • Don’t always compare yourself to others. Everyone has their own rhythm and pace.
  • Someone else’s success doesn’t mean your failure, and someone else’s happiness doesn’t mean your unhappiness.
  • The important thing is to live your true self and live a wonderful life.
  • Instead of envying others, work hard to improve yourself.
