Sisters! Today, I really have to rant about the property management and the owners’ committee in our community. It’s simply speechless! 😤
1. Property Management = Trouble Maker? 🦹♀️
- Daily Repairs are Harder Than Climbing to the Sky: Broken lights, leaking pipes, stalled elevators… The repair hotline is always busy. When you finally get through, the repairman is always on the way! 🐌 The efficiency is so low that it makes you doubt life!
- Dirty and Messy Public Areas: The trash cans are always full and stinky! 🤢 The hallways are piled with debris, and you have to be careful when walking! Where are the cleaning ladies? Maybe they are invisible! 🤷♀️
- Ignoring Safety Hazards: The community access control is useless, and strangers can come and go freely! Surveillance cameras? Probably for decoration! 🚨 What is a sense of security? It doesn’t exist!
- Unreasonable Charges Without Consultation: The property fee increases every year, but the service does not improve! There are various cleverly designed charging items. It’s simply treating the owners as leeks to be harvested! 💸
My Personal Experience: Last month, the water pipe in my house burst, and it was in the middle of the night, water everywhere!😭 I called the property management, and the line was always “The number you dialed is busy…” When I finally got through, they just said “The repairman is off work”! I finally found a repairman myself! 🤬 This property fee, I gave, but got nothing in return.
2. The Mysteriously Disappearing Owners’ Committee? 👻
- The Establishment Time is a Mystery: When was the owners’ committee in our community established? I don’t know! Who are the members? I don’t know! Has there been an业主meeting? I don’t know! Everything is a mystery! 👻
- Colluding with the Property Management: The owners’ committee should represent the interests of the owners, but what happens? They are in cahoots with the property! When owners report problems, they always try to smooth things over! 😡
- Non-transparent Financial Status: Where did the public income of the community go? How is the maintenance fund used? I don’t know anything! The accounts of the owners’ committee are probably state secrets! 🤫
My Personal Experience: I once tried to contact the owners’ committee to report problems, but what happened? The phone couldn’t be connected, no one replied to WeChat messages, and when I went to the office to find someone, it was always “The director is not in”! This owners’ committee is probably a ghost organization! 😱
3. Owners’ Rights Protection is Difficult! Difficult! Difficult! 😭
- No Way to Complain: When you complain to the property management, they will only pass the buck; when you complain to the owners’ committee, they simply ignore you! Find the relevant departments? The process is complicated, time-consuming, and laborious! The road to safeguarding rights is even harder than the journey to the West to obtain scriptures!😭
- Difficult to Unify Owners’ Opinions: Some 业主 feel that it doesn’t matter, some 业主 want to defend their rights, but the power is scattered, and it is difficult to form a joint force! The community is like a plate of loose sand, at the mercy of others! 😔
- Property Management Company “Plays Rogue”: Even if the业主unite and sue the property management company, they have various ways to delay and shirk! In the end, it often ends up unresolved!😤
My Personal Experience: I once participated in an业主rights protection action, and it was really exhausting! Various meetings, discussions, collecting evidence… In the end, we still couldn’t do anything to the property management company! 😔
4. Can We Only Swallow Our Anger?
Sisters, can we only let the property management and the owners’ committee bully us like this? Of course not! We must unite and defend our legitimate rights and interests! 💪
- Actively Participate in 业主 Meetings: Understand community affairs and exercise your right to vote!
- Supervise the Work of the Owners’ Committee: Require them to disclose their accounts and accept supervision from the owners!
- Take Legal Action When Necessary: Collect evidence and sue in court!
Although the road to safeguarding rights is difficult, we cannot give up! Only when we stand up ourselves can we change the status quo! 💪
My suggestion:
Study legal knowledge and protect your rights.
Establish an owner group to exchange information.
Collect evidence and collectively complain to relevant departments.
